Position: Content Manager, Team leaders and Web designers

The Content manager is responsible for adding new sections to the directory and populating these, such as Radio stations and on-line shopping.

The team will be split into two, content and updates/maintenance. The latter team will be responsible for restructuring the site as necessary. They will work closely with the Content team to ensure the structure of the entire site remains logical and simple. A key focus for this team will be the continual enhancement of GoViva.com in terms of speed and access. This team will be comprised of advanced web developers who are logical in thinking and analytical. The content team will assist the implementation of the restructure once it has been approved. Further they will also ensure the contents of the directory is valid, and redundant links do not exist.

This team will be responsible for the insertion of requested site listings in GoViva.com. The team will ensure the site has been listed, then verify that the content in the site is as stated. Then update the directory.

The content manager will be responsible for 6 team leaders, each of which will concentrate on different regions of the world.
